DINING TABLE 'TU11'

Cees Braakman, UMS Pastoe 1965

Vintage large dining table 'TU11' Cees Braakman, Japanese series for furniture factory UMS Pastoe, Netherlands 1965.

Designer Cees Braakman who succeeded his father as director of furniture factory UMS Pastoe, designed this 'TU11' table for the Japanese Series of Pastoe. This minimalist table appears in the Pastoe catalog of 1965 (see photo match) and is often confused with the 'TU30', which is extendable. The table top in warm teak veneer can be dismounted and the black powder-coated steel frame consists of 2 seperate pieces.

Condition is very good with very minor signs of wear on the steel and veneer from a previous life.

  • timeless and iconic design that fits into any contemporary interior

  • this is the larger version of the TU11 (157cm)
