Counterbalance desk lamp designed by TRIO Leuchten in 1992. Closely resembles the 'Megafon' desk lamp by Tord Björklund for IKEA wich was designed a couple of years later.  This particular lamp was manufactured in the year 2000 and is made out of black powdercoated steel with a halogen lamp fitting.
